Emotional Freedom Therapy is also an evidence-based therapy that uses the meridian points in the body to transform negative emotions. It is a fast technique for changing the reaction to occurrences of trauma or upset in one's life. This also works to help people get a balance back into their lives and live free of negative emotional reactions to old emotional phenomena.
